Peresoft Unveils Major Enhancements in Cashbook,
RecXpress and EFTXpress Version 2025

Peresoft continues its tradition of innovation with the release of three key features in their Version 2025.

These enhancements aim to eliminate manual processes that slow down payments and bank reconciliations, offering users greater efficiency, security, and compliance.

Payment Authorisations: Cashbook users can now implement multi-level authorisation rules for key transactions. This feature enhances control and reduces risk by requiring approvals for high-stakes transactions.

Emailing of Remittance Advices: Streamline the process of sending remittance advices via email. Users can now set up an SMTP server and send batch or individual emails directly from Cashbook, with customizable templates and email testing options.

Sage Bank Feeds Integration: RecXpress has been upgraded to include Sage Bank Feeds functionality, enabling users to directly download bank statements without needing pre-created formats, making reconciliation faster and simpler.
