are addressed swiftly and effectively we are now able to offer you support
through our support forums. The benefits of offering support through the forums
include: As soon as your issue
is posted on the forum an email is automatically forwarded to a Peresoft
representative. This will ensure that you always get a swift response as you are
not dependant on a particular staff member who for various reasons might not
be available. You can get sent an email
automatically as soon as a Peresoft representative replies to your message. A search facility
allows you the use of key words to quickly locate issues that have previously
been addressed, saving you the time of having to wait for a reply. Others have the
benefit of an instant answer if they experience the same issue as they will have
access to the messages and responses via the forum. Note: Please
