Forum Terms and Conditions Use

1. This is an agreement between you and Peresoft Software (" Peresoft Software" or "we" or "us" or "our"). Your use of Peresoft Software Forums constitutes your acceptance of these Forum terms and conditions of use and the Forum rules. You must comply with the Forum rules [insert hyperlinks throughout]. If you do not agree to abide by these Forum terms and conditions of use and the Forum rules, please do not use Peresoft Software Forums.
2. Peresoft Software accordingly provides you with access to Peresoft Software Forums "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Peresoft Software disclaims all warranties, including any implied warranties.
3. The entire risk arising out of your use of Peresoft Software Forums remains solely with you and we shall be under no liability to you or any third party whatsoever by reason of any loss or damage sustained by you arising out of your use of the Forums.
4. In particular, Peresoft Software shall not allow for any defamatory content posted by you, or other users about you, to Peresoft Software Forums, nor any other content which is hurtful, harmful or hateful (whether based on race, ethnicity, gender, religion or otherwise).
5. Any information transmitted by you is only available to existing registered users that have to log in to see forum content. All information that is disclosed by you in Peresoft Software Forums is only available to our current Solution Providers.
6. By disclosing personal information such as your name and email address in Peresoft Software Forums, Peresoft acknowledges and understand that this information cannot be shared to anyone other than current forum members and Peresoft Software.
7. You expressly agree that Peresoft Software will not be liable for any loss or damage, including direct, consequential, incidental, indirect, special or other damages resulting from your use of Peresoft Software Forums and you hereby agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Peresoft Software, its officers, directors, employees and agents from and against all claims, actions, damages, liabilities and costs, including attorneys costs on the attorney and own client scale and experts charges related to or arising from (i) any breach by you of these Forum terms and conditions of use and (ii) any claim or contention that information submitted by you infringes any third parties trademark, copyright or other intellectual property rights or violates any third parties rights of privacy.
8. Your failure to comply with these Forum terms and conditions could result in your being disconnected from Peresoft Software Forums. Repeated offences will result in your being banned from Peresoft Software Forums.
